Career Progression and Interview Tips

Six of us from Ascenda participated in a workshop at SMU .Hack, where we shared insights on technical interviews, career growth, and interview strategies. Special thanks to Wilson Yong and Ryan Tan for creating an excellent slide deck on LeetCode IRL (In Real Life) and data-driven interview questions. It was an honour to share my journey of becoming a senior and lead engineer over the past decade with students at Singapore Management University (SMU), one of the top schools in Singapore. I covered four key topics:
